Do prices include GST?
Yes, prices are given in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
We aim to ship your order the next working day from receipt of payment. Delivery timescales are 1-3 days. We will notify you of any shortages or delays to your order.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered using NZ Post ParcelPost service. Alternatively you can collect from our facility just outside Amberley, North Canterbury. Time and date to be agreed by email or phone prior to collection.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order. We will always try to keep delivery charges as low as possible, however there is a minimum charge of $6.50. You will be able to see the delivery charges added to your order at checkout.
How can I pay for my order?
You can either pay by direct bank credit or credit card (by selecting Paypal at checkout).
What is Paypal?
Paypal is an on-line secure payment company which accepts credit card payments on our behalf. For more details see http://www.paypal.com/.
Can I order from outside New Zealand?
Yes. But you must contact us first as the shipping costs detailed on this website are for delivery within New Zealand only.
How fresh are the products?
We aim to manufacture most of our products on a regular basis to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

Yes, all products are gluten free.
